In March 2023, Diageo Bar Academy featured me on Diageo Bar Clips in a segment on Exploring Fermented Flavours. I presented my cocktail, ‘’Mando Moments’’, an original recipe made with Tanqueray gin and my very own lacto-fermented mandarin liqueur.
The bar clip was shared on Diageo Bar Academy’s social channels including Instagram (143K followers) , Facebook (787K followers) and YouTube (12.5K subscribers).
Citrus: Finger Lime Cocktail
In July 2023, I was invited back by Diageo Bar Academy to contribute to Diageo Bar Clips, this time I presented ‘Rainforest Drops’, a Finger Lime cocktail I created using the Australian native fruit straight from my garden. My segment starts at 8:40 but it’s well worth watching the entire video.
