I was delighted to be guest speaker on International Permaculture Day with Permaculture Northern Beaches at New Leaf Nursery, Ingleside.
The event took place on Sunday 5 May 2024. During my presentation, I shared my early foray into gardening in small spaces, my sustainability story and of course, my insights into growing a cocktail garden. I introduced my ‘Grow It Eat It Drink It’ concept, GROW YOUR OWN COCKTAIL GARDEN and SHRUBS & BOTANICAL SODAS books and ran a live demonstration with a tasting.
