Bartender Workshop: Bar Publicity and Advertising

I was guest speaker at the “Bartender Workshop: Bar Publicity and Advertising” during Sydney Bar Week 2014 held by Australian Bartender magazine. The workshop was attended by bartenders from all over Australia and hosted by Australian Bartender magazine founder David Spanton.

Hospitality Staff Trainer, Merivale

I was invited by Merivale as guest hospitality staff trainer for new employees at their Coogee Pavilion venue in 2015. The training session included new and existing hospitality staff at the newly-launched venue and covered areas such as how to improve customer experience and was followed by a Q&A session.

Webinar: ‘How to Use Your Edible Garden Botanicals in Cocktails

I presented a live webinar on How to Use Your Edible Garden Botanicals in Cocktails for Grow It Local in 2022. The garden-to-glass workshop covered how to use edible garden botanicals in cocktails and botanical beverages, festive-themed garden cocktails, how to build a flavour trail and discover ways of transforming herbs, fruit, vegetables, flowers and Australian natives into botanical cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. The in-depth masterclass was presented live on Zoom and ran for 45 minutes followed by a live Q&A session. The video recording was subsequently made available to Grow It Local members (over 21,000 members).
